TERMS OF PURCHASE AGREEMENT

Modern Homemaker Method
Effective Date: The date of purchase by the Buyer.
This Terms of Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between you (the "Buyer" or "Student") and Jynae Schmid (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing the Modern Homemaker Method online course (the "Course"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase or access the Course.

1. SCOPE OF PRODUCT PURCHASE AGREEMENT
This Agreement applies solely to the purchase of the Modern Homemaker Method Course. It does not establish an ongoing business relationship between the Buyer and the Company beyond the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. COURSE ACCESS, USAGE RESTRICTIONS & BONUS MATERIALS
Upon full payment, the Buyer is granted lifetime access to the Course, subject to compliance with this Agreement. Access to the Course does not grant ownership of the content. All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, slides, workbooks, and written content, are for personal use only.
The Buyer is expressly prohibited from:
Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any part of the Course teachings or presentation materials.
Sharing login credentials or granting access to any third party.
Selling, licensing, or distributing any Course content to others.
Using Course materials for any commercial or educational training purposes.
Buyers may download the workbook pages and Course slides (PDF format) included in the Course only for personal use as a learning aid. Any bonus materials provided as part of the Course, including but not limited to additional workbooks, templates, guides, or exclusive training sessions, are also subject to these same restrictions and may not be copied, resold, or distributed. Bonus materials are provided at the Company's discretion and may be offered for a limited time only, with no guarantee of continued access. These materials are non-refundable and non-transferable and do not hold independent monetary value apart from the Course. Any unauthorized distribution, copying, or resale of Course materials will be considered copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

3. AGE OF MAJORITY
By purchasing this Course, the Buyer confirms that they are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental consent for the purchase. The Company is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by minors.

4. PAYMENT TERMS & AUTHORIZATION
The total price for the Course is $297 USD plus applicable taxes, unless a promotional discount is applied at checkout. Prices may vary based on limited-time offers, discounts, or promotions, but all sales remain final.
A payment plan option is available at $119 USD per month for 3 months (totaling $357 USD plus applicable taxes) unless a promotional discount is applied. Payment plan pricing may also vary based on limited-time offers or promotions. By selecting a payment plan, the Buyer agrees to automatic recurring charges until the full balance is paid. The Buyer authorizes the Company to charge the payment method provided at the agreed intervals.
If a scheduled payment fails, the Buyer’s access to the Course will be immediately suspended until the payment is successfully processed. If the outstanding balance is not paid within 30 days, the Company reserves the right to take additional actions, including the use of a third-party collections agency to recover the unpaid amount. The Buyer remains responsible for the full payment obligation.

5. SALES TAX
The Buyer is responsible for paying any applicable sales tax required by their jurisdiction. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on the Buyer's location.

6. NO REFUNDS POLICY
All sales are final, and no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances, regardless of any discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase. Buyers who purchase at full price are not eligible for a refund or price adjustment if a discount is offered later. By completing the purchase, the Buyer understands and agrees that they will not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their bank or payment provider. Any unauthorized chargeback attempts may result in immediate termination of Course access and further legal action to recover disputed amounts.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE TO USE PRODUCT
All content within the Modern Homemaker Method Course is protected by copyright laws and remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. The Buyer is granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course materials for personal educational purposes only.
The Buyer agrees not to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, share, or publicly display any part of the Course content without explicit written permission from the Company. Any violation of this clause will result in the immediate revocation of access and may lead to legal action for copyright infringement.

8. NO WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Course is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. The Buyer agrees that the Company will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from participation in the Course.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claims arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Buyer for the Course.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, regardless of the country in which the Buyer resides or purchases the Course. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia, Canada. The Buyer agrees to waive any objections to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
In the event of a dispute, the Buyer agrees to first attempt resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

10. SEVERABILITY & NO WAIVER
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The Company’s failure to enforce any term shall not be considered a waiver of its rights.

11. TRANSFERABILITY
The Buyer may not transfer or assign their rights under this Agreement. Course access is for the original Buyer only.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Buyer and the Company, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or understandings.

By signing below and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms of Purchase outlined above. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Jynae Schmid.
